Returning a product is simple and secure. Follow the instructions below to get your refund in just a few steps.

1. Right of withdrawal

You can return all or part of an order within 30 days of receiving it.

Return conditions:

• The product must be in perfect resalable condition: unused, undamaged, unsoiled
• All accessories must be present (buttons, zips, labels, laces, tags, etc.)
• It must be packaged in the original packaging, with all related documentation

Products excluded from return:

• Products clearly indicated as non-returnable on the product sheet

2. How to request a return

1. Fill out the appropriate return form available here .
2. Please attach photos of the product that clearly show its unaltered condition.
3. Send the form and photo to help@galex.it

You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Return shipping

• Take the package to a Bartolini - BRT courier collection point.
• Please correctly apply the shipping label received via email.
• Please keep your deposit receipt until your return is confirmed.

4. Refund

The refund will only be made if the product meets the acceptance requirements.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
