How can I check my order status?

What are the shipping times?
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but shipping normally takes place
within 2-5 business days.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
For shipments, we use different couriers depending on the order's destination:
- Domestic shipments (Italy): entrusted to BRT Bartolini.
- International shipments: entrusted to FedEx.
Where is my package?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
You can use this code to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point?
Delivery to lockers or collection points is not yet available. We are working to offer
this delivery method as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods to ensure maximum flexibility:

Is cash on delivery available?
No, cash on delivery is not currently available on our website.

Yes, you can return it within 30 days of delivery if the product has not been used and is in its original condition, with intact packaging and boxing.
How does the refund work?
Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment
method used for the purchase.

How do Gift Cards work?
Gift Cards can be purchased on the website and used to pay for orders, either fully or
partially.
How to use a Gift Card?
During checkout, enter the Gift Card code in the designated field.
The amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.
Can I use discount codes or vouchers?
Yes, if you have a discount code or a voucher, you can enter it during checkout in the dedicated field.
The discount will be automatically applied to the order total if the code is valid.
What materials are used in the products?
Each product features a Composition/Materials/Care section on its product page, where the main materials used are listed.

Will the product be restocked if it's sold out?
